BACOOR CITY – The City Government of Bacoor warmly welcome the delegates from the Municipality of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, led by Mayor Angel Miguel “Mike” Hernando. The visit was organized by the City Government of Bacoor, aimed to strengthen the relationship between the two local government units and foster collaboration for mutual development.
Mayor Strike Revilla and the members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod extended a warm reception and the delegates from San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, including Mayor Angel Miguel “Mike” Hernando, SBM Luciano R. Caraang, SBM Erico R. Ruiz Jr., SBM Chona P. Hernandez, SBM Norberto S. Dadiz Jr., SBM Jessie P. Pumaras Sr., as well as department heads and unit heads from San Nicolas Ilocos Norte.
The visit also had the opportunity to take a quick tour inside the Bacoor Legislative and Disaster Resilience Building, accompanied by Ms. Khei Sanchez, the head of the LEDIPO Office.
One of the highlights of the visit was the benchmarking of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. They had the opportunity to learn from the experiences and best practices of Bacoor City, with the aim of applying them to their own municipality.
The visit also involved discussions on the plan for sisterhood between the City Government of Bacoor and San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.
The visit took place on May 9, 2024, at the BGC Lobby and the Bacoor Legislative and Disaster Resilience Building.
The City Government of Bacoor looks forward to further collaboration and the exchange of ideas and best practices with San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. Through this partnership, both Bacoor City and San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte aim to achieve progress and development for the betterment of their respective communities.
