City Government officials met with a delegation from Barangay Poblacion in the municipality of Burgos in Ilocos Norte. Bacoor officials shared best practices with Barangay Captain Joegie Jimenez and the Barangay Council. Such events not only establish communications between local government units, but also give opportunities for public servants to learn from each other.
