Bacoor City, January 21-22, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, is currently conducting a two-day series of department-specific management reviews at the Strike Multi-Purpose Hall. This review, facilitated by the Human Resources and Management Department (HRDMD) under the leadership of Ms. Natividad Ople, is a crucial step in ensuring the City Government’s continued compliance with ISO standards, following its successful certification last year.
Each department and unit within the City Government is undergoing a comprehensive assessment of its operations, focusing on key areas such as:
– Manpower: A review of the current workforce and its capacity to meet the demands of the ISO standards.
– Performance: An evaluation of the results of the Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) and Organizational Performance Commitment Review (OPCR).
– Processes: An assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within the department or unit.
– Resources: A review of the resources available to the department or unit to support its ISO efforts.
– Risk Management: An evaluation of the department’s or unit’s risk registry and its strategies for mitigating potential risks.
– Customer Satisfaction: An analysis of customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
– Climate Change: A review of the department’s or unit’s actions to address climate change and its commitment to sustainability.
– Other Matters: Discussion of any other relevant topics related to ISO compliance and the overall improvement of the City Government’s operations.
The review is being conducted by a team of ISO representatives and observers, who are working closely with department and unit heads led by Atty. Aimme T. Neri. The review is ongoing and is expected to identify areas for improvement and guide each department and unit in its ongoing efforts to maintain the City Government’s ISO certification.
