Bacoor is known for its delectable mussels. At the Bacoor Tahong Gourmet Cook Off this afternoon, students from Cavite State University, St. Dominic College, ISHRM, and ACTEC showed how mussels can be elevated into culinary masterpieces. Although the students did not have any idea about the ingredients they would be using, except for the mussels of course, they were able to come up with sumptuous offerings. See for yourselves!
