BACOOR CITY, May 27, 2024 – Today, a courtesy visit was held at the Office of the Mayor. The event was organized by Bacoor PESO (Public Employment Service Office) and aimed to establish a partnership with Xpress, a transportation company.
The courtesy visit was attended by esteemed individuals from both Bacoor LGU and Xpress. Representing Bacoor LGU were Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Doc Abraham De Castro, the head of Bacoor PESO, along with their staff. From Xpress, the delegation included Mr. Robert Belda, the Head of Transportation, Mr. Josh Callueg, the Head of Operations, and Ms. Kath Caday from the Marketing team.
One of the main objectives was to plan and conduct local recruitment in Bacoor, marking Xpress’ first venture outside Metro Manila. They recognized the potential and promising market for their business in Bacoor.
Additionally, Xpress introduced their Rider Express program, which aims to provide opportunities for BacooreƱos who aspire to become riders but do not have their own motorcycles. This program seeks to empower individuals and create employment opportunities within the community.
Furthermore, both Bacoor LGU and Xpress expressed their intent to establish a Memorandum of Agreement ( MOA ) to formalize their partnership and collaboration.
