Bacoor City, May 21, 2024 – The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) organized a meeting between the Bacoor Local Government Unit (LGU) and Saint Dominic College of Asia to discuss a partnership aimed at empowering the youth of Bacoor.
The meeting was attended by key participants from both sides. Representing the Bacoor LGU were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Hon. Palm Angel Buncio (SK Federation President), Ms. Angie Cariaso (LYDO Head), Atty. Paul Sangalang, and Ms. Lysa Blancaflor, head of the City Information and Community Relations Department (CICRD). From Saint Dominic College of Asia, Dr. Philip Cuizon (RPM), Ms. Emelita Bunyi, and Mr. Jeric Attilano were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to establish a partnership between the Bacoor LGU and Saint Dominic College of Asia, specifically involving the School of Accountancy and College of Education. The collaboration aims to deliver program-related activities that will enhance the skills and capacities of the youth in Bacoor.
Saint Dominic College of Asia expressed their commitment to support Mayor Strike B. Revilla’s TELAPAYO program and social media initiatives.
The partnership between the Bacoor LGU and Saint Dominic College of Asia will focus on projects that will benefit the youth of Bacoor, with a particular emphasis on the Home for the Boys and Home for the Girls.
This partnership signifies the dedication of both the Bacoor LGU and Saint Dominic College of Asia in working together to empower the youth and create a brighter future for Bacoor.
