Bacoor City, February 26, 2025 – The City Peace and Order Council (CPOC), City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), and Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (TF-ELCAC) held their first quarter joint meeting for SY 2025 at the Strike Multi-Purpose Hall today. The meeting was organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), led by Mr. Joseph Ryan V. Geronimo, GLGOO – Bacoor DILG Chief, in collaboration with the City Government of Bacoor.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla presided over the meeting, which brought together representatives from various departments and units, including the City Environment Service Department (CESD), the City Administrator’s Office, the City Legal Office, the City Planning Department, the City Livelihood Department, the City Information Community Relations Department (CICRD), the CBDRP, the City Agriculture Office, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (BDRRMO), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
The meeting focused on reviewing the accomplishments of each council and task force during the first quarter of SY 2025. Representatives presented their reports, highlighting their successes and identifying areas where they require additional resources or support. The meeting also provided a platform for collaborative discussions and the development of strategies to enhance the effectiveness of each council and task force in addressing their respective mandates.
The joint meeting underscored the City Government’s commitment to maintaining peace and order, combating drug abuse, and promoting a safe and secure environment for all Bacooreños. The collaborative efforts of the CPOC, CADAC, and TF-ELCAC are crucial in achieving these goals and ensuring a brighter future for the city.
