Bacoor City, August 4, 2025 — The Office of the Mayor convened a key meeting with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Maritime Group to discuss the establishment of a new PNP Maritime headquarters in Bacoor. The meeting was held at the Strike Conference Room.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla led the discussions alongside Mr. Richard Quion, head of the Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (BDRRMO). Representatives from the PNP Maritime Group included PCol Rick Dalmacia, Regional Chief of PNP Maritime Group 4A; P/Major Arnold Penales, Assistant Chief; and P/Major Jerwin Lalamoro of the Cavite Maritime Police Station.
The proposed headquarters is planned to be located within the BDRRMO building in Talaba. This development aims to strengthen maritime security and enhance the city’s disaster response capabilities.
