Bacoor City, May 5, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, through the Housing Urban Development Resettlement Department (HUDRD) and the Bacoor HomeOwners Association Council Inc. (BHOACI), hosted the HOA Summit 2025 today at the Strike Gymnasium. The event brought together representatives from various Homeowners Associations in Bacoor, including officers from the Federation of Springville City Homeowners Associations Inc. (FOSCHAI), with Mayor Strike B. Revilla leading the discussions.
The summit focused on key issues related to community development and the role of Homeowners Associations. Representatives from HSAC and other national agencies presented their projects and activities, highlighting the City Government’s efforts under Mayor Strike B. Revilla’s leadership.
Discussions centered around the plan to implement a computerized/digitalized records system for HOA members under the Barangay Management Information System, aiming to streamline monitoring and communication. The summit also addressed the Solidarity Sticker initiative, emphasizing the importance of its proper use and the penalties for possessing fake stickers. Representatives from various departments also outlined their functions and responsibilities.
The HOA Summit 2025 served as a platform for collaboration, information sharing, and strengthening the partnership between the City Government and Homeowners Associations in Bacoor, ultimately contributing to the overall development and well-being of the community.
