Bacoor City, June 18, 2025 – Cooperative officers and members from across Bacoor City participated in a comprehensive parliamentary procedure seminar today. The seminar, organized by the City Government under Mayor Strike B. Revilla and facilitated by the Office of the Development of Cooperatives (COOP) led by Ms. Vicenta M. Lazaro, was held at Revilla Hall. The training aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills for effective meeting management and decision-making processes within their respective cooperatives.
Mr. Salvador V. Valeroso of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) served as the guest speaker, providing expert guidance on parliamentary procedures. This training is expected to significantly improve the governance and operational efficiency of Bacoor’s cooperatives, fostering stronger democratic practices and better resource management within the sector.
