At this morning’s flag raising ceremony, the Housing, Urban Development, and Resettlement Department headed by Atty. Bernadette Carasco presented its accomplishments and future projects. The same occasion also saw the awarding of certificates of appreciation to the trainers and trainees of the Water Search and Rescue Operations Training held last May, as spearheaded by the City Agriculture Office. Likewise, the Public Employment Service Office awarded certificates of completion to participants of the Special Program for Employment of Students.
