Bacoor City, November 19, 2024 – The Agimat Partylist, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), conducted an AKAP Payout event at the Main Square Mall today, providing financial assistance to 1,661 Bacoor residents.
Cong. Bryan Revilla, the representative of Agimat Partylist, led the distribution of financial assistance, alongside Ms. Samantha Panlilio, the partylist’s second nominee. They were joined by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, other city officials, and representatives from Team Revilla. Special thanks to Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla for their generous support of this project.
The AKAP Payout is part of the national government’s efforts to support Filipinos in need. The funds were provided by President Bong Bong Marcos Jr. and Speaker Martin Romualdez, facilitated through the initiatives of Cong. Bryan Revilla and the Agimat Partylist.
The beneficiaries included individuals who needed medical assistance and students enrolled in various Senior High Schools (SHS) within Bacoor, including Bacoor Progressive SHS, Sineguelasan SHS, SHS within Bacoor Elementary School, and San Nicolas 3 SHS. Former barangay captains also received financial assistance.
The event underscored the commitment of the Agimat Partylist and the national government to uplift the lives of Filipinos, particularly those who are struggling. It also highlighted the strong partnership between the City Government of Bacoor and the Agimat Partylist in delivering essential services to the community.
