The City Government of Bacoor received a certificate of appreciation from the Civil Service Commission Regional Office IV for its invaluable support in the implementation of the commission’s various projects and programs. Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla received the certificate in behalf of the citizens of Bacoor. She was accompanied by Natividad Ople of the City Human Resources Office.
