* Updating of Records of Person with Disabilities, Senior Citizens and members of Indigenous Peoples ( IPs) or Indigenous Cultural Communities ( ICCs) and other members of vulnerable sector.
*Please Prepare photocopy of birth certificate or any valid government issued ids.
NO APPLICATION FOR LOCAL TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION RECORDS. ONLY FOREIGN POST TO LOCAL IS ALLOWED.
