Upon the recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, and in view of possible severe flooding relative to the forecasted continuous heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm KRISTINE, CLASSES in ALL LEVELS, in both public and private schools, as well as WORK in GOVERNMENT OFFICES in the City of Bacoor are hereby SUSPENDED tomorrow, Friday, 25 October 2024.
However, those offices whose functions involve providing essential public services and are directly involved in disaster/ emergency management operations (like BDRRMO, City Engineering Office, CESD, City Health Office, CSWDO, BTMD, BPSU, CICU, GSO, OBO, etc.) shall continue with their regular operations and render the necessary services.
Furthermore, all other offices shall activate their respective duty teams to
assist in disaster response and management operations.
The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the
discretion of their respective heads.
This circular shall take effect immediately.
