• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• 2×2 ID Picture (Ipc)
• Valid ID with residency (both or either one of the parties from Bacoor)
• Barangay Certificate (SAME ADDRESS with Valid
ID presented)
• Long white folder
• Consent (18-20 yrs. old)
• Advise (21-24 yrs. old)
• Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counselling
• (for scheduling at the City Population Office)
FOREIGN APPLICANT:
• PASSPORT – front page and date of arrival
• Legal Capacity from the Embassy
• CENOMAR (PSA copy latest. up to 6 months
