The City Government of Bacoor invites all eligible Diagnostic Centers located in the City of Bacoor to submit their application for accreditation in accordance with Executive Order No. 168, Series of 2024, entitled “An Order Declaring the Implementing Guidelines for the Accreditation of Diagnostic Centers in the City of Bacoor for the Issuance of the Mayor’s Work and Health Permit.”
Since January 2025, all applicants who wish to secure a Mayor’s Work and Health Permit were only allowed to conduct their medical tests in the three (3) accredited diagnostic centers.
Hence, all diagnostic centers intending to provide health assessments for the Mayor’s Work and Health Permit must secure accreditation from the City Government of Bacoor by complying with these guidelines and submitting the required documents.
Interested applicants, including those that were previously accredited or those who previously applied, must submit their COMPLETE DOCUMENTS from 07 April 2025 to 11 April 2025 at the Business Permit and Licensing Department from 8 AM to 5 PM. ONLY COMPLETE DOCUMENTS will be accepted. Incomplete and late submissions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Further, the owner or the duly authorized representative must be willing to personally meet with the Technical Working Group for a clarificatory meeting as part of the screening process.
