This event is part of Bacoor’s 13th Cityhood Anniversary celebration — spearheaded by the City Government of Bacoor, Department of Education – Schools Division of Bacoor, and Philippine Drum and Lyre Associate Inc; and sanctioned by Asian Marching Band Confederation and World Marching Band Organization.
