The Sangguniang Panlungsod passed City Resolution No. 2025-668, s 2025, entitled “A resolution respectfully requesting and authorizing the City Mayor, Hon. Strike B. Revilla, to suspend classes in all levels whenever the heat index over the City of Bacoor, Cavite reaches dangerous levels.” which authorizes the City Mayor to suspend classes in all levels whenever the heat index over the City of Bacoor, Cavite exceeds 40° Celsius.
Based on this resolution and upon the recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) in view of the forecasted extreme heat that might be experienced tomorrow, CLASSES in ALL LEVELS both in public and private schools, are hereby SUSPENDED tomorrow Tuesday, 29 April 2025.
This circular shall take effect immediately.
