Bacoor City, August 1, 2025 — The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, formalized a partnership with Jairapel International Corporation through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the Office of the Mayor. The agreement was also signed by City Administrator Atty. Aimee Torrefrangca-Neri, Ms. Rose Marie D. Radana, President of Jairapel International Corporation, and Ms. Pamela Jane D. Radana, Marketing and Sales Manager/Operating Manager of Jairapel International Corporation.
The MOA focuses on the systematic, safe, and cost-free removal of hazardous “spaghetti wires” in Bacoor City. This initiative aims to improve public safety, enhance urban aesthetics, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. The partnership is expected to benefit both the city government and its residents by creating a safer environment, improving the city’s appearance, and facilitating faster emergency response.
Also present during the event were Councilor Karen Sarino Evaristo, SK President Palm Angel Buncio, and Mr. Lodgene Asuncion, head of E-Governance/MIS. This collaboration exemplifies a successful public-private partnership dedicated to the betterment of Bacoor City and the welfare of its citizens.
