The Bacoor City Jail Female Dormitory under the leadership of JCINSP ANALIZA G FOSTER, City Jail Warden along with the personnel of this jail unit proudly held a successful Graduation Ceremony of KATATAGAN, KALUSUGAN AT DAMAYAN SA KOMUNIDAD (KKDK).
This meaningful event marks not just the end of a program, but the beginning of a new chapter for our PDL graduates—one filled with resilience, self-awareness, and renewed purpose. The KKDK program continues to serve as a cornerstone of our commitment to holistic rehabilitation, empowering persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) through community-based drug rehabilitation, personal development, and mental wellness initiatives.
We were deeply honored by the presence of our distinguished guests whose unwavering support amplifies the significance of this event:
⚖️ Atty. John Argie Mortel – RTC Branch 115
Mr. Elias E. Escala – RTC Branch 89
Mr. Michael Dawa – RTC Branch 116
Ms. Ana Florita Flores – Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Center-Focal Person
Mr. Medel Fabian & Mr. Angelito Dela Cruz – representative from Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) of Zapote 1
And six loving family members who witnessed the transformation of their loved ones.
Two proud batches completed the KKDK journey:
Batch 1 facilitated by SJO2 Ma. Ruby Nequinto (September 6, 2024 – March 9, 2025)
Batch 2 facilitated by JO1 Grace A. Leones (November 27, 2024 – May 28, 2025)
Each graduate has walked a path of inner strength, acceptance, and accountability. Their transformation is a testament to the power of guidance, community, and second chances. 💪🌱
To our graduates—may this achievement be your stepping stone to a brighter, drug-free future. Continue to carry the lessons of Katatagan, Kalusugan, and Damayan wherever life leads you.
