The BJMP REGIONAL OFFICE CALABARZON held the JUBILEE 2025: YEAR OF HOPE at BACOOR CITY JAIL – MALE & FEMALE DORMITORY, marked by the opening of the Jubilee Door led by MOST REV OSCAR JAIME L FLORENCIO, DD, SThD, Bishop of the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines. He also officiated the Holy Eucharist, offering renewed hope to 13 PDLs given a second chance in life.
Key attendees included JSSUPT REV FR JUAN B BUBAN, Chief of BJMPNHQ-Chaplaincy Service Office, Hon. LANI MERCADO-REVILLA, 2nd District Representative of Cavite, and Hon. PAM BUNCIO, SK President OF Bacoor City.
The event was held under the leadership of JCSUPT HILBERT M FLOR MPSA, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, with the support of Bacoor City Jail Wardens JSUPT CHRISTOPHER R PENILLA, MM, EMDRCM, PhD, CESE (Male Dormitory) and JCINSP ATTY ANALIZA G FOSTER (Female Dormitory), and Regional Chaplain, JSUPT REV FR ANGELO BENJAMIN C DURANA.
