Bacoor City, April 28, 2025 – Members of the Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking in Persons (LCAT) focused on child protection and women’s rights. The meeting, organized by the Office of the Mayor, brought together CCPC members, LCAT representatives, and other stakeholders to discuss key issues affecting children and women in the city.
The LCAT-VAWC (Violence Against Women and Children) component of the meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between the two committees in addressing issues related to women’s rights and the protection of children from abuse and exploitation. The joint session allowed for a comprehensive approach to addressing these critical issues, ensuring a safer and more supportive environment for both children and women in Bacoor.
