Bacoor City, April 25, 2025 – Mayor Strike B. Revilla, along with City Administrator Atty. Aimee Torrefrangca- Neri and Engr. Jicky Jutba, met with representatives from Cavite State University (CvSU) at the Strike Conference Room today. The meeting aimed to discuss potential collaborations between the City Government and the university. The CvSU representatives included Student Regent Joseph Luke Emmanuel M. Ongliongco, CSG-Bacoor President, CSG Senator Nathaniel M. Necitos, and CSG Senator John Godwin L. Tejuco.
Key topics of discussion included the opening of the new Cavite State University Niog Campus, ID production for students, and the promotion of HIV and AIDS awareness on campus. The City Government expressed its willingness to assist CvSU in maximizing the use of facilities and ensuring a smooth transition for students at the new campus. Discussions also focused on preparations for the new campus, including potential collaborations and support from the City Government.
The meeting concluded with a positive outlook for future collaborations between the City Government of Bacoor and Cavite State University, demonstrating a shared commitment to supporting the university’s students and fostering a healthy and thriving community.
