Today at Bacoor City Jail – Male Dormitory, 12 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) took a significant step toward personal growth and future reintegration through the CIVY: Work Anywhere Masterclass Course.
Under the leadership of JSUPT CHRISTOPHER R PENILLA, City Jail Warden, and facilitated by JO1 Shanna Mae B. Bolivar, the participants underwent a laptop familiarization and skills development training aimed at boosting digital literacy and self-reliance.
As part of the initiative, notebooks were also distributed to each PDL, providing them with additional tools for learning and self-improvement.
This program is part of our ongoing commitment to rehabilitation, education, and second chances.
