Mandaluyong City, April 11, 2025 – The City Governments of Bacoor and Mandaluyong officially formalized their sisterhood agreement yesterday in a ceremony held at the Mandaluyong City Hall. The signing of the agreement marks a significant step in strengthening intercity collaboration, promoting shared development initiatives, and enhancing disaster response capabilities.
Representing Bacoor City were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Sangguniang Panglungsod Members, Department Head, and the Liga ng Barangay of Bacoor. Mandaluyong City was Mayor Benjamin “Ben” Abalos Sr., Vice Mayor Carmelita “Menchie” Abalos, along with Ms. Maria Teresa Miranda, Sanggunian Secretary, Sangguniang Panglungsod Members, and Barangay Officials.
The Sisterhood Agreement signifies a commitment to fostering closer ties between the two cities, promoting cultural exchange, sharing best practices, and collaborating on projects that benefit both communities.
