Bacoor City, March 25, 2025 – A total of 654 Bacoor residents celebrated their graduation today at the Strike Gymnasium, marking the successful completion of various training programs offered by the Resources Education Vocational Instruction Livelihood Learning Academic (Revilla Center). The event, organized by the City Government of Bacoor through the City Livelihood and Development Department / R.E.V.I.L.L.A. Center headed by Mrs. Carmelita Gawaran, was a testament to the city’s commitment to empowering its citizens through skills development and education.
The graduation ceremony was a momentous occasion, attended by a host of distinguished guests, including: Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, Congresswoman Lani M. Revilla, Coun. Mike Solis, Mr. Noly “Kuya Noly” Galvez, Mr. Horacio Brilliantes, Pastor Mike Bautista, SK President Palm Angel Buncio, Mr. Hernando “King” Gutierrez 3rd Nominee of Agimat Partylist, and Ms. Melissa L. Ruazol, Senior TESDA Specialist Scholarship Focal TESDA Cavite
The graduates included 407 participants of the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) funded by Senator Ramon “BONG” Revilla Jr., a joint project of the City Government of Bacoor and the Senator. An additional 247 graduates completed Center Base Training and Barangay Base Training programs offered by the Revilla Center.
The graduation ceremony was a celebration of hard work, dedication, and the transformative power of education. The graduates, now equipped with new skills and knowledge, are poised to contribute to the growth and development of Bacoor and pursue their dreams. The event served as a reminder of the city’s commitment to empowering its citizens and creating a brighter future for all.
