Bacoor City, March 25, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, in partnership with the Department of Education (DepED) under the leadership of Dr. Babylyn Pambid, School Division Superintendent, held a Local School Board (LSB) meeting today at the SBR Conference Room to discuss key issues related to school development and election preparedness.
The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including: Mayor Strike B. Revilla, City Legal Representative, City Engineering representative,
Ms. Romagail Buezon ( federated PTA President ), Mr. Domingo Sagnip Jr., Ella Bamba, and other LSB members.
The meeting agenda focused on critical issues related to school development and election preparedness, covering topics such as: naming of schools for establishment, the status of school building construction, reconstitution of Local School Board members, the inspection report of polling precincts by Meralco (to ensure reliable electricity during the elections), and the groundbreaking of a new school building in Mary Homes Subdivision.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to introduce Ms. Marion M. Encarnacion, the new Administrative Officer V for Non-Academic Personnel of Public Schools, to Mayor Strike B. Revilla.
The Local School Board meeting served as a platform for collaborative discussions and decision-making to ensure the smooth operation and development of schools in Bacoor City. The meeting also highlighted the City Government’s commitment to providing quality education and ensuring a conducive environment for learning.
