Bacoor City, March 6, 2025 – The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) today donated 38 titles to the City Government of Bacoor, a significant contribution that will further bolster infrastructure development and community improvement within the city. The handover ceremony, held at the Office of the Mayor, was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, City Administrator Atty. Aimee Torrefrangca-Neri (HUDRD Head), and representatives from the GSIS Real Estate Asset Disposition and Management Office (READMO), including Ms. Rosevi D. Malvar (OIC Division Chief), Mr. Ric Jacob B. Nacion (Staff Officer III), Marie Grace C. Mejia (Staff Officer II), and Mr. Noel D. Valentus (Staff Officer II).
The donation, executed through a Deed of Donation, includes 5 alleys, 4 open spaces, and 29 road lots located in Queens Row and Gardenia Valley Subdivision. The GSIS formally turned over the original Certificate of Deed of Donation, Acceptance, and the owners’ duplicate copies of the 38 Certificates of Title, all in the name of GSIS, to the City Government of Bacoor.
The donation is a testament to the strong partnership between GSIS and the City Government of Bacoor, demonstrating a shared commitment to improving the lives of Bacooreño residents. These titles will enable the City Government to implement infrastructure projects, enhance public spaces, and further develop the areas for the benefit of the community.
