Bacoor City, March 6, 2025 – Mayor Strike B. Revilla delivered a powerful message of love, trust, and forgiveness to 22 couples participating in the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) Program at the Gawaran Hall. The program, organized by the City Government of Bacoor through the Office of the Population Development led by Ms. Emilie De Castro, aims to equip couples with the knowledge and skills for a successful and fulfilling marriage.
In his address, Mayor Strike B. Revilla emphasized the importance of love, trust, and forgiveness as the foundation of a strong and lasting relationship. He urged couples to nurture their love, build a strong foundation of trust, and learn to embrace imperfection and forgive each other. He reminded them that these elements are crucial for navigating the challenges and joys of married life.
The Mayor also highlighted the City Government’s commitment to supporting couples, emphasizing that the Bacoor LGU is always available to assist them in their journey together. He expressed his desire to expand the City Government’s free wedding program, making it more accessible for couples who wish to formalize their union.
The PMOC program, led by Ms. Emilie De Castro, Ms. Claribelle Medrano, Ms. Rowena Santiago, and Ms. Chat Ganson, provided valuable insights and guidance for the participating couples, covering topics related to communication, conflict resolution, and financial management. The event underscored the City Government’s dedication to promoting strong family values and supporting couples in their journey towards a happy and fulfilling marriage.
