Bacoor City, February 27, 2025 – Mayor Strike B. Revilla officiated the oath-taking ceremony of newly-elected officers from eight homeowners’ subdivisions under the Federation of Springville City Homeowners Association, Inc. (FOSCHAI) at the Revilla Hall today.
The event, organized by the Office of the Mayor, was also attended by Councilor Simplicio Dominguez, Councilor Bok Nolasco, Councilor Karen Sarino Evaristo, Pastor Mike Bautista and Mr. Horacio Brilliantes.
The newly elected officers from the following subdivisions took their oath: Camella Springville 2 Annex HOA INC. Molino 4: President Sunnybelle Basconcillo and Board of Directors; Camella Springville Central 1 HOA Inc. Molino 3: President Rosalinda Misa and Board of Directors; Springville West 1 HOA Inc. Molino 3: President Sione Elvambuena and Board of Directors; SPV West 3 HOA Inc. Molino 3: President Amee Chua and Board of Directors; Springville Meadows 1 HOA Inc. Molino 4: President Rowena Fuentes and Board of Directors; Springville Gardens 4 HOA InC Molino 3: President Eric Dela Cruz and Board of Directors; Springville City West 2 HOA Inc.: President Edelmary Espartero and Board of Directors; Springville Heights Phase 2 HOA Inc.: President Cathy Bacamante and Board of Directors.
The oath-taking ceremony signifies the City Government’s commitment to supporting and strengthening the community through active engagement with homeowners’ associations. The event also highlighted the importance of collaboration and cooperation between the City Government and residents in promoting a harmonious and well-managed community.
