Bacoor City, February 21, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, celebrated National Oral Health Month with a special program titled “PAMILYA, UNA KONG DENTISTA” at Talaba Elementary School. The event was organized by the Office of the City Health Services (OCHS).
The program featured a series of activities aimed at promoting oral health awareness among students and their families. Dra. Ivy Marie Yrastorza, OCHS Head, led the event, which included the distribution of Oral Health Family Packages, free dental check-ups for Talaba Elementary School students, and educational sessions on proper oral hygiene practices. Pastor Mike Bautista, Kuya Noly Galvez, and Dr. Carlo Jose Valera also participated in the event, sharing their expertise and emphasizing the importance of good oral health.
The “PAMILYA, UNA KONG DENTISTA” program emphasizes the role of families in promoting good oral health habits among children. By providing educational resources and practical tools, the City Government of Bacoor aims to empower families to take an active role in ensuring the dental well-being of their children.
