The Association of Cavite People’s Law Enforcement Boards (PLEBs) held their annual Christmas party and fellowship today at the Bulwagan Liga ng mga Barangay in Bacoor City. The event brought together PLEB members from across Cavite for a day of celebration, camaraderie, and reflection. The festive gathering was a testament to the strong bonds and shared commitment of these individuals who play a crucial role in ensuring accountability and transparency within the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Cavite.
The event was graced by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Councilor Alex Gutierrez, Councilor Joselito Alde Pagulayan (Chairman, PLEB Bacoor District 2), Councilor Karen S. Evaristo, Mr. Noly Galvez, former Kapitan Horacio Brilliantes, and other distinguished guests. Key officials from national agencies also attended, including Atty. Owen G. De Luna (Acting Regional Director, NAPOLCOM Region IV-A), DIR. Danilo A. Nobleza (Provincial Director, DILG, Cavite), PCOL Dwight Alegre (Acting Provincial Director, Cavite PPO), Atty. Pete Lucero Jr. (President, Association of Cavite PLEBs), Atty. Ferdaussi B. Masnar (Legal Consultant, Office of the Chairman, Dangerous Drug Board), and Pastor Nestor Sindac (Member, PLEB Alfonso).
