Bacoor City, November 25, 2024 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, today provided financial assistance to 200 Informal Settler Families (ISF) who will be relocated to new housing projects. The assistance was distributed through the Housing Urban Development & Resettlement Department (HUDRD), led by Atty. Aimee T. Neri, at the Strike Gymnasium.
The financial aid will support families who will be relocating from Barangay Zapote 3 (those affected by the recent fire) and Barangay Sinbanali. These families will be moved to the Hyacinth, Parkstone, and Magdalene NHA Housing Projects in Naic, Cavite, over the next two days. A total of 96 families will be relocated today, with another 104 families moving tomorrow.
The financial assistance is aimed at easing the transition for the families as they move to their new homes. Mayor Strike B. Revilla, in his address, highlighted the city government’s commitment to providing support and assistance to its residents, particularly those in need. He emphasized the importance of providing a safe and comfortable environment for all Bacooreños.
