September 14, 2024 – Over 2,000 high school and senior high school honor students from Bacoor City were celebrated for their academic achievements today at the Strike Gymnasium. The event, organized by the City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd), saw the distribution of cash incentives and certificates to the deserving students.
The ceremony was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Congressman Bryan Revilla of Agimat Partylist, Councilor Bok Nolasco, and Councilor Alex Gutierrez. A video message from Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. and Congresswoman Lani Mercado Revilla also acknowledged the students’ hard work.
The event highlighted the City Government’s commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence in Bacoor. The cash incentives and certificates serve as a testament to the value placed on education and a source of inspiration for future generations to strive for excellence.
