The Bacoor HOA Clinic, organized by the Housing Urban Development & Resettlement Department (HUDRD) of Bacoor City, concluded its final batch todat August 22, 2024. Held at Revilla Hall, the seminar focused on the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9904, the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowner Associations.
Over 120 homeowner association leaders attended, gaining insights into their rights and responsibilities under RA 9904. Guest speakers from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) provided expertise on navigating the law, promoting harmonious relationships between homeowners and developers.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla expressed gratitude to the DHSUD representatives for their contributions, highlighting the importance of empowering homeowners and fostering a stronger community.
