The following penalties shall be applied:
1. An administrative fine of Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 5,000.00) payable to the Office of the City Treasurer or with a thirty (30) day imprisonment or with both fine and imprisonment upon conviction by the court of proper jurisdiction to with:
a. Misrepresentation or submission of false information in acquiring a Solidarity Route Sticker or SBR Card;
b. Illegal and unauthorized sale of a Solidarity Route sticker or SBR Card;
c. Use of a fake Solidarity Route sticker or SBR Card;
d. Use of or sticking/attaching/affixing a Solidarity Route Sticker in a vehicle different from what is declared in the application;
e. Use of a Solidarity Route Sticker to access roads and streets not provided for under this Ordinance or its IRR unless allowed by the HOA;
f. Unauthorized use of the Solidarity Route without the proper Solidarity Sticker or payment of the appropriate fees due to the HOA;
g. Misuse of data or information collected under this Ordinance and its IRR; and
h. Commission of any act analogous to the acts mentioned above.
