BACOOR CITY – Last May 9, 2024, a meeting was organized at the Office of Mayor Strike B. Revilla to discuss and to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Cavite School of Saint Mark (CSSM) and Habay Elementary School. The meeting aims to establish a scholarship agreement under the Private-Public School Partnership project initiated by Mayor Strike B. Revilla.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla, along with key participants from CSSM and Habay Elementary School, attended the meeting such as Mr. Ariel Arias, the Executive Vice President, Mr. Rodney Mark Lictao, the Student Development Coordinator, and Mrs. Melanie Calicdan, the Principal. From Habay Elementary School, Ms. Rechelle N. Pilay, a Master Teacher 1, and Ms. Joyce Anne Guevarra, the SPTA President, were present. Dra. Cristina Alberto, the Bacoor HOPE Foundation Founder and advisor of the Private-Public School Partnership, also participated in the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to personally meet with Mayor Strike B. Revilla and formalize the scholarship agreement through the signing of the MOA. According to the agreement, CSSM will provide scholarships to deserving students from Habay Elementary School.
The scholarship agreement signifies the commitment of CSSM to support the education of deserving students from Habay Elementary School. This collaboration between CSSM and Habay Elementary School aims to provide opportunities for these students to pursue their education and achieve their academic goals.
