Graduation ceremony of the first batch of trainees for the Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology in partnership with the City Government of Bacoor and the Department of Trade and Industry. Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla expressed her confidence in the program in terms of empowering Bacoorenos as well as small and medium enterprises in Bacoor to generate sales and employment, and stimulate growth and progress in the city. DICT Undersecretary Monchito Ibrahim says the program hopes to produce the OFW 2.0, the Online Filipino Worker who would not have to leave the country in order to provide for his family a better life.
