TRAFFIC ADVISORY: In line with the Second Worldwide Walk to Fight Poverty, there will be road closures in Manila starting May 5, 2018, from 10PM onwards. Please be advised.

On May 6, 2018 – hundreds of thousands of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members will take part in the Second Worldwide Walk to Fight Poverty. The first Worldwide Walk, in 2014, was a multi-Guinness World Record event that historically was recognized as the largest charity walk across multiple venues held in 24 hours.
In Metro Manila, the May 6, 2018 Walk will be held at the iconic Roxas Boulevard (Manila), from 4am onwards. The public is advised to take note of the following road closures and re-routing of vehicles around the site.
ROAD CLOSURE for MANILA site: 10:00 PM of May 5, 2018 onwards
– East and Westbound lane of P. Burgos, from Roxas Blvd. to Lagusnilad
– Both lanes of Finance Rd., from Taft Ave. to P. Burgos
– East and Westbound lane of TM Kalaw from Taft Ave. to Roxas Blvd.
– Westbound lane of Pres. Quirino, from Taft Ave. to Roxas Blvd.
– North and Southbound lane of Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to P. Burgos.
– North and Southbound lane of Roxas Blvd. from P. Burgos to P. Ocampo.
NOTE:
ACTUAL CLOSING AND OPENING OF AFFECTED ROADS WILL BE BASED ON ACTUAL TRAFFIC CONDITION
