The City of Bacoor TODA Multipurpose Cooperative (COBTODA) entered into a memorandum of agreement with Columbian Autocar Corporation. COBTODA is a grantee of a capital seed fund from the City Government of Bacoor under the Sustainable Livelihood Program. Under the MOA, Columbian Autocar Corporation shall provide COBTODA with modern jeepney type vehicles for mass transportation purposes.
