Congressman Strike B. Revilla gave an inspiring talk to the graduates of the various training courses of the Resources Education Vocational Instruction Livelihood Learning Academic Training Center at the Bacoor Coliseum last November 23, 2018.
Also present during the event were Board Member Rey Fabian, Lita Gawaran of the City Livelihood Office, and the Bacoor City Councilors.
