The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, joined Barangay Molino 3 in the official turnover of a service vehicle to the Confederation of Homeowners Association of the Province of Cavite, Inc. (CHAPCI) at the Bacoor Government Center Grounds today, May 4, 2026.
Led by Kapitan Jun Advincula, this initiative aims to strengthen CHAPCI’s ability to serve homeowners’ associations across the province—making coordination, site visits, and community programs more efficient and accessible.
City officials, barangay leaders, and representatives from various homeowners’ associations were present to witness the meaningful turnover.
Mayor Strike highlighted that empowering homeowners’ groups is key to building safer and more organized communities, while CHAPCI President Leslie Dianne Morales expressed gratitude for the added support that will help them better reach and serve Caviteños.
Strengthening partnerships. Empowering communities. Building a better Bacoor!
