September 8, 2026 — The program entitled “Trabaho at Serbisyo: Hatid sa Bayan 2026” or Government Service Express was conducted today at the Strike Gymnasium, Bacoor City, Cavite. This initiative was organized by the City Government of Bacoor, headed by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) led by Dr. Abraham de Castro, in coordination with the Civil Service Commission Regional Office IV.
Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendoza represented Mayor Strike B. Revilla during the activity. Also present to support the program were Atty. Marites P. Lappay, Director IV of CSC Region IV; Ms. Natividad Ople, Head of the Human Resources Development and Management Department (HRDMD); Board Member Aldie Pagulayan; and Councilor Noli Galvez. The activity aims to bring government services and employment opportunities closer to the residents of Bacoor City.
