Barangay Molino 3 Covered Court, December 2, 2025 – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region, in coordination with the City Government of Bacoor under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD), held the “Pugay Tagumpay Graduation Ceremony” for 2,689 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s) households.
The event was graced by the presence of Mayor Strike Revilla, Kap Jun Advincula and the Barangay Council of Barangay Molino 3, Mr. Arwin Ternida (School Governance and Operations Division), Mr. Dario Bibal (Team Leader, Pantawid City Operation Office), and Ms. Florenda Roque (SWO II).
The graduation ceremony recognized the 2,689 4P’s households in Bacoor who have successfully achieved a level of self-sufficiency and independence, demonstrating their ability to thrive without external support. These families have matured enough to stand on their own, marking a significant milestone in their journey towards sustainable development.
