Strike Conference Room, December 1, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and through Atty. Edith Napalan, welcomed officials from the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Regional Arbitration Branch IV, Region IV, for a courtesy call.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Mr. Melchisedek Guan (Executive Labor Arbiter, NLRC Calamba), Marlo Lex Tanodra (Admin Officer, NLRC), and Ms. Ethel Jhoann Debayla (Labor Arbitration Associate).
The NLRC, a quasi-judicial body under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), is tasked with resolving labor disputes to maintain industrial peace. During the visit, Mayor Strike Revilla announced that the NLRC will be provided with office space at Mainsquare, making their services more accessible to Bacooreños seeking assistance with labor-related issues. The NLRC has already received 40 cases filed by residents of Bacoor. This initiative underscores the City Government’s commitment to ensuring fair labor practices and supporting the welfare of its constituents.
