August 3, 2026 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the City Livelihood and Development Department, officially formalized its partnership with StackTrek Enterprises Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium.
Leading the ceremony were Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola.
Also present were Ms. Carmelita F. Gawaran, OIC and Department Head of the City Livelihood and Development Department; Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, Head of the Office of the City Legal Services; and Ms. Maria Noelie Teves, General Manager of StackTrek Enterprises Inc.
The signing was witnessed by members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, officials and representatives of the City Government of Bacoor, officers and staff of StackTrek Enterprises Inc., and personnel from the City Livelihood and Development Department and the Office of the City Legal Services.
The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a partnership between the City Government of Bacoor and StackTrek Enterprises Inc. to strengthen collaboration in implementing programs focused on livelihood development, employment opportunities, and community empowerment for the benefit of Bacooreños.
Through this partnership, the City continues to create meaningful opportunities that support skills development, sustainable livelihoods, and economic growth, reinforcing its commitment to improving the quality of life of every resident.
Together, Bacoor continues to build stronger partnerships for a more progressive and empowered community.
