Revilla Hall, December 9, 2025 – A significant mass oath-taking ceremony was held today, uniting eleven Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and nine Homeowners Associations (HOAs) under the banner of the Bacoor Homeowners Association Council, Inc. (BHOACI). This pivotal event, organized by the City Government of Bacoor under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla.
Mayor Strike Revilla presided over the oath-taking, with the proceedings witnessed by key figures including: Councilors Noly Galvez, Roberto Advincula, Levy Tela, and Karen S. Evaristo; LNB Vice President Randy Francisco; BHOACI President Ms. Guia Oller; Kap Jonel Eusebio of San Nicolas 2; and Kap Alfredo Kalinisan of San Nicolas 1.
