August 3, 2026 – The City Government of Bacoor held its regular Flag Raising Ceremony at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium, hosted by the Office of the General Services (GSO) in partnership with the Society of One Strikers Inc. The ceremony brought together city officials, employees, and members of the community in a renewed commitment to public service and patriotism.
Also present during the event were members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, led by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola.
The program opened with an invocation led by the Bacoor City Transformation Office (BCTO) and Pastor Cesar Roxas, followed by the Entrance of Colors rendered by BJMP Bacoor Personnel. The Bacoor Unity Band performed the Philippine National Anthem.
The patriotic rites continued with:
Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas led by Ms. Vivian Saylo
Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan led by Ms. Glory Juliano
⭐ Panata sa Bagong Pilipinas led by Ms. Rizza Camille Mascardo
The Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, Cavite Hymn, and Bacoor Hymn were performed by Queensrow Elementary School, while the Quality Policy Statement was led by Ms. Angela Estrella Gindap.
Opening remarks were delivered by City Councilor Hon. Rey Palabrica of District 2.
During the program, Mr. Jeng Pagdanganan, Head of the General Services Office, presented the department’s accomplishment report, highlighting the office’s initiatives and services in support of the City’s operations.
Serving as Guest Speaker was Mr. Winifred Jarin, President of the PAGSO Cavite Chapter, who shared inspiring insights on dedication and excellence in public service.
The GSO Janitorial Staff also entertained the audience with a special intermission performance.
The ceremony likewise recognized outstanding individuals for their achievements in the following categories:

Batang Bacooreños
The program concluded with a Special Message and the Weekly Accomplishment Report from Mayor Strike B. Revilla, highlighting the City Government’s continuing initiatives and reaffirming its commitment to delivering quality public service for every Bacooreño.
Together, Bacoor continues to move forward through dedicated leadership, excellent public service, and a united community.
