Revilla Hall, October 2, 2025 – As part of the ongoing 354th Bacoor Festival, the City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the Office of the City Development Cooperatives (COOP) led by Ms. Vicenta M. Lazaro, held the City of Bacoor Koop Quiz 2025.
The quiz aimed to promote cooperative unity and shared prosperity for a better world, aligning with the theme “Cooperatives United in Purpose and Action Sharing Prosperity to Build a Better World.”
The event was graced by the presence of Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Councilor Miguel Bautista, Councilor Robert Advincula (Chairman, Committee on Cooperative Development), Dr. Babylyn Pambid, CESO VI (Schools Division Superintendent), Ms. Danica Dela Roca (Cooperative Development Specialist II, CDA), Atty. Alex Nicole Salvador (Supervising Coop Dev’t. Officer, Genter), Ms. Dianne April Matel (Senior Cooperative Development Specialist, OPCDO), and Ms. Vicenta M. Lazaro (Senior Cooperative Development Specialist). Angelica Lambating served as the Quiz Master and EMCEE.
Participating in the quiz were Grade 10 students from both public and private schools in Bacoor City.
The program included welcome and opening remarks, motivational and inspirational messages from the officials, and the introduction of the judges. The highlight of the event was the Quiz Proper, followed by the announcement of winners and the awarding of plaques of recognition to the Champion, 1st Place, and 2nd Place winners. The Koop Quiz served as an educational and engaging activity within the broader context of the 354th Bacoor Festival celebrations.
